Catherine is an « Art-lover, and shares her colored universe, her “huge heart and the enthusiastic-&-stylish Spirit to discover your best You ! ». Her compelling purpose is to create an authentic connection between Humans revealing their creativity. Her Bigger Game is to develop co-development workshops in France.
Since 2010, Catherine is currently based in the west of Paris and has been running her own business, AKADI. She is setting up events and training programs designed specifically for managers and executives in order to develop personal contribution in order to blossom collective intelligence. Her clients include important organizations such as the French Post Office (LA POSTE), the official French financial organisation La Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) and the IFCAM, the University of the Group Crédit Agricole.
She has spent ten years working in the fields of sales and marketing and communication in the automobile (Renault) and the luxury sector. She has experience in providing Mystery Shopping services for the famous brands of Selective Perfumery (Chanel, Dior, YSL, Hermès…).
Graduated from the International Business School of Marseille (KEDGE-Euromed), Catherine has been trained at CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) and she is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC), member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
