For Teams & Organizations
The Bigger Game is a philosophy and methodology that creates intentional positive change for individuals and teams in the organizational climate.
Available as a half-day introduction or a 2-day experiential workshop, this training is highly interactive and includes a combination of theory presentation, full group experiential exercises, one-on-one coach-like conversations, small group interactions and inspirational video examples of Bigger Games.
One of the greatest challenges in trying to initiate change is overcoming the inertia that is innate in an organization.
The norms and culture – whatever those may be – create an atmosphere where change is often viewed with suspicion. The Bigger Game provides a means to engage employee passion, energy and creativity to inspire substantial, valuable change that will last over time.
By choosing to play the Bigger Game, organizations of all sizes are able to:
- Intentionally design the change they want to create
- Determine how they need to transform themselves to inspire change in others
- Create an engaging environment that others want to join
The Bigger Game model is applied to your organization’s initiative – to transform business as usual into a new way of doing business. By the end of the workshop, the team has a vision of change, lists of key results they want to see and bold actions required to play their Game.
Outcomes include:
Engagement – Unengaged employees cost organizations millions of dollars of lost revenue. Bigger Game asks, “What is a compelling Bigger Game I want to play in this organization?” When employees and teams play a purpose-driven Bigger Game, they are deeply engaged.
Innovation – Innovation occurs naturally when playing a Bigger Game. We inherently become more creative, innovative and bolder with our actions when we are compelled and passionate about what we are doing.
Collaboration – A Bigger Game is only successful when there is authentic collaboration among the players. Although there may be disagreement along the way, there is a deep commitment and alignment with the direction of the Game. It is in these collaborative conversations that new ideas are born and implemented.
