Sara began working with the Bigger Game as part of her job as a Sales Transformation Manager in IBM. It was there she learned the power of playing a Bigger Game in an organization. Since retiring from “Big Blue” she has been taking the Bigger Game into organizations that hunger for or are having major change forced on them.
