Meni is passionate about the potential in all of us. As a facilitator and coach, Meni works with people to improve relationships and teamwork, especially when it comes to conflict.

He has a background as a strength coach in amateur sports and is co-founder of his Bigger Game, The Purpose of Sport Initiative (POSI) which helps youth develop durable life skills for global citizenship.
